Old World Deli is proudly owned and operated by Anna and Christos Adams. Most days, you’ll see Christos behind the counter, greeting customers while slicing savory meats and cheeses. You might see Anna creating a beautiful catering tray for a wedding or other special event. Christos comes from a family of restaurateurs in the Los Angeles area, growing up sampling from the best chefs in the area. Anna is a Fairhaven College graduate and spent years working in restaurants in Bellingham and Skagit County. After getting married, Anna and Christos opened Old World Deli in June of 2007. Six months later they had their daughter, Mira.
